Oily Skin Toner
Apply directly to gauze or cotton pad and gently wipe over the entire face and neck. Do not rinse.

There’s no need for mid-day blotting with this face toner, and you can combine it with acne-safe blotting powder and loose powder for even more oil-blocking power. Pregnant and nursing women should not use this product.

RECOMMENDED USE: Apply directly to gauze or cotton pad and gently wipe over the entire face and neck. Do not rinse. Use morning and night after cleansing the face.
